CLOUDYPRO YAZILIM BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ VE DANIŞMANLIK DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, herein referred to as 'CLOUDYPRO', is a provider of digital transformation services including Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Graphic Design and Branding Services, and Social Media Management and Online Marketing Solutions. This Delivery and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our services and refund requests.
1. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Once a contract has been agreed upon between CLOUDYPRO and the client, we will begin providing the services as outlined in the contract. The delivery timeline will be communicated to the client and CLOUDYPRO will make every effort to adhere to this schedule.
2. REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final. Once a project has been initiated, no refunds will be issued. However, CLOUDYPRO is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied with the progress or delivery of services, we will work with the client to make necessary adjustments until the services are in accordance with the specifications outlined in the contract.
In cases where an agreement cannot be reached or services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of CLOUDYPRO.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the client wishes to cancel the contract before the project initiation, they may do so by contacting CLOUDYPRO in writing. Any advance payments made will not be refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
CLOUDYPRO reserves the right to change this Delivery and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, so please check back regularly to keep informed of any updates.

Bir anlaşmaya varılamaması veya öngörülemeyen durumlar nedeniyle hizmetlerin teslim edilememesi durumlarında, kısmi veya tam iade, yalnızca CLOUDYPRO'nun takdirine bağlı olarak yapılabilir.
3. İPTAL POLİTİKASI
Müşteri, projenin başlamasından önce sözleşmeyi iptal etmek isterse, yazılı olarak CLOUDYPRO'ya başvurarak bunu yapabilir. Sözleşmede aksi belirtilmedikçe, yapılan herhangi bir peşin ödeme iade edilemez.
4. BU POLİTİKADAKİ DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
